The brewery’s spaces are designed to reflect the same approachability and warmth found in its beer, creating an inviting, family-friendly atmosphere.
SWIPE RIGHT
Swipe Right is a hazy India pale ale crafted at Big Oyster Brewery in Lewes, Delaware. The inspiration for this beer is based on the dating app, Tinder. Each pack comes with a classic Swipe Right beer, but every so often It’s a Match label is printed and sold in a random pack. Customers receive a discount if they are lucky to get a match!
The design approach retained select elements of the original color palette and typography from the Tinder app, integrating them thoughtfully into the beer labels. To maintain clarity and legibility, a subtle arrow pattern was introduced, with each arrow directing to the right—adding visual interest without overwhelming the graphics or type.
Overall, the label designs align with the recognizable aesthetic of the app while maintaining a cohesive and approachable look. This balance results in a personal, contemporary feel that reflects the thoughtful, brand-driven approach Big Oyster brings to each of its labels.
